More about the events I do: Birthday Parties: A regular birthday party is for up to 20 kids and lasts an hour plus wiggle room up to an hour-and-a-half (enough time to make sure everyone is painted.) I bring all my displays, as well as balloon animals for kids who don't want paint, or to provide an extra activity if there's time. I have my regular colorful tie-dye & feather hat costume, or princess, fairy, fortuneteller, or pirate. Examples: For a party of 8 8-year old girls, each girl got a full face paint, an arm paint, and a balloon. They were all close friends and fascinated and stayed at the table watching each other for the full hour-and-fifteen minutes it took. For a party of 18 4 to 7-year old girls and boys, all but a couple of the younger boys got at least one paint. The older girls wanted two, and the two boys who didn't want face painting got balloons. Face painting was one of several activities the kids could participate in. School Festivals, Corporate Events: Industry standard speed in face painting is 12-15 kids an hour. When I use my 40 fastest designs, I can paint 30 kids an hour. (At the Hiteon Harvest Festival I actually clocked myself at 36 kids an hour over a two-hour event, but that's just because the kids were so well-behaved in line and knew what they wanted. ;) If you're wanting to offer face painting for free, consider that you will have a large number of takers. A short line is a happy line. Paintings I offer: 40 Full Face choices include: Butterflies, Superheroes, Tigers, Sparkly Fairy Princesses, Dragons, Mardi Gras Masks 24 Half Face choices include: Flowers, Penguins, Butterflies, Chompy Sharks, Elephants Blowing Water Across the Nose 40 Arm choices include: Skull & Crossbones with Fire, Roses, T-Rex, Daisies, Snakes, Swords, Dolphins And more! I happily do special requests, especially if you have a picture. Special requests from pictures have included school mascots, animated characters, and more. I love unusual requests. This girl wanted flying pigs.
